This work is designed to help uncover and shift those deeper patterns so change feels more natural, sustainable, and aligned.
For a long time, I was deeply interested in understanding why people repeat patterns that hurt them — even when they logically know better.
That question became personal for me long before it became professional.
Like many people, I’ve experienced anxiety, overthinking, difficult relationship dynamics, self-sabotage, and moments of feeling disconnected from myself. What fascinated me wasn’t just the patterns themselves — it was realizing how often they were rooted in deeper emotional conditioning, subconscious beliefs, and survival adaptations developed long before we’re even aware of them.
That understanding completely changed the way I viewed healing, growth, and change.
Instead of asking:
“What’s wrong with me?”
I became more interested in asking:
“What is this pattern trying to protect me from?”
That perspective is what led me to this work.
Today, through subconscious pattern work, RTT, and reflective approaches, I help people begin identifying the deeper patterns shaping the way they think, react, feel, and move through life — so they can create more aligned, lasting change at the root.
My goal is never to “fix” who someone is.
It’s to help them better understand themselves, reconnect with themselves, and begin creating change from a place of awareness rather than survival.
